The room I was given was beautifully maintained and newly renovated with reasonable aircon, a balcony plus private bathroom. The price was £ 47. This hotel was set in a central area really close to airport and Bcn city center and Legazpi metro station. I tried some drinks at gastropub The Local, located 5 minutes walk away.
